First time to the office. I was very impressed by the receptionist who greeted me professionally and friendly. Then, the tech who administered the various eye tests was well versed in the procedures, reassuring, kind and gentle as she performed the tests. Finally, by the time I met the doctor, I was extremely confident all would go well. Looking forward to the upcoming necessary surgery.

Everyone was very nice. Greeted and checked-in immediately. Olivia ran me thru all the eye exams in a very efficient way that made me feel comfortable with the whole process. And Doc was very good at explaining my options, and putting me at ease about the procedure. I’m looking forward to having my cataract surgery. 👁️ …

Very efficient and responsive practice. I highly recommend. My cataract surgeries were very easy, not intimidating and took only about 7 minutes per eye, after the dialation sequence and prep. Absolutely no pain or discomfort. Dr. Richheimer is a great surgeon and wonderful, friendly person. All of the nurses are very professional and friendly as well, and even let me select my own background music. I would do it all again with them with absolutely no hesitation. They are the best!

First visit and very impressive. Beautiful facility, state of the art technology and professional and friendly staff. Explained all options for surgery without any pressure to “upgrade “. Surgery scheduler the best! Accommodated my schedule and made the upcoming procedure non stressful. Highly recommended Dr Huang and staff.

All went well at first. People were nice, went from doing tests, then waiting for an exam room, then exam, then waiting for doctor-that was ok. They were short waits and the doctor was wonderful. I was then told to wait in the lobby for a scheduler for my surgery and that one of the tests had to be redone. I waited for about 15-20 minutes for the scheduler. He finally showed up and was very nice. Then I had to go out into the lobby to wait for the redo on the test. I waited and waited. Finally, I found the scheduler and got him to help me. It seemed all these testers were busy and couldn't find the time to give me the 5 minute test. Eventually one took the initiative to give me the test. After the doctor saw me, I waited around in the office for another 50 minutes or so.

I have been come here for many years and feel I’m getting great care. I had a cornea transplant over 15 years ago and have had a few rejections in the last five years or so Mile high Institute has always watched me very closely taking test comparing to previous test and everything has gotten back on track and under control. I feel very confident in them in their care I feel fortunate to have found them.

The testing process went very quickly and smoothly. The waiting time for the doctor to come visit with me was a bit long. I waited about 35 minutes after all the eye tests\but I did enjoy meeting Dr. Richheimer and feel very comfortable with him doing my cataract surgery. Glad I got referred to this practice.

This is the best doctor visit you will ever have! I mean it! The best doctors and staff. Everything about my experience for 4 years now has always been exceeding my expectations. I was just here two days ago and they still amaze me with their friendliness and professionalism.
